1. How do I place an order?
All orders are placed via the website. We have divided the prints into sections. Greeting cards and stationery also have their own sections on the website and can be found through the main menu at the top of the page.
There are a number of options within the different listings on the website. A breakdown of options and their meaning are :
Size: Select the size you would like from A5 , A4, A3 (more on sizes below)
Personalise: A small number of art prints have an option to add a personalisation. This is a handwritten piece of text added to the print (placed in the centre bottom of the print unless otherwise stated in the listing description). Once you select "yes" to this option, a box will appear where you can type in your personalisation. Personalisations are usually a name(s), date, place, or even a short line of text. There is a limit of 10 words on personalisations so that we can ensure they fit with the layout of the art print.
2. How do people generally use the “Personalise” option?
The personalise option is generally used to add a name or names, an important date, or a line of text or quote. With this option you can really make a piece extra personal, and a popular example is personalising a Wedding Venue art print with the couples names and wedding date. If you’re unsure if what you have in mind will fit just get in touch and we can walk you through it.
When you select “yes” for the personalise option, a box will appear for you to fill in details. We read all notes that are written into this box (there are no machines working behind the scenes here, only real people!) so feel free to add a note to us here and we’ll be in touch if we need to clarify anything.

3. Can I personalise a greeting card?
We have a small selection of cards with personalisation options (mostly Christmas cards!!). If you have a personalisation request please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org).
4. How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders with An Post, and our turnaround time is 2-4 working days. You can also choose to collect your order from the studio! We are on the Meath/ Cavan border (between Kells and Virginia). If you would like to collect, select the collection option at checkout. Please note that this turnaround time lengthens during busy periods, especially in October, November, and December. We print to order, and work to keep our turnaround times as short as possible, but if something is needed by a specific date during these busy times please get in touch before ordering.

5. Do you offer a framing service?
We don't offer a framing service at this time. Prints are packaged on sturdy backing board, in a clear compostable sleeve, and wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with our own sticker.
6. What size prints do you make?
The main sizes are A5, A4, and A3. The dimensions for each are :
A5: 148mm x 210mm
A4: 210mm x 297mm
A3: 297mm x 420mm
7. Are your products stocked in any shops?
Yes we work with some wonderful Irish retailers around the country. If you’d like to locate your nearest, just drop us a line and we’ll get back to you with a list of those nearest you. Contact us here
8. Do you do one-off illustrations?
We don't have availability for commissions at this time.
9. Can I send a gift directly to a friend / family?
